Knights Inn Salem

Excellent customer service! Staff is friendly and always willing to help/accomodate you. Perfect location close enough to my mom to where we could easily help her take care everything after my dad's passing (he died 1/10 which is why we stayed at a motel). Needless to say it was a hard time for everyone. We got snowed in for a week, but it was super comfy here. No complaints! Love this place. Thank you so much!!!!

I'm confused by the poor reviews of this hotel as the only complaint I have is that the ice machine wasn't working. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the a/c worked fine, and the shower was particularly powerful. It's good value and in a reasonable location within a mile from downtown, with a couple of restaurants closer.

The location was good for visiting my family and centrally located in Salem.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and very quiet. The managers and housekeeping are great, very friendly, and they keep everything at the property very clean and nice. I appreciate a clean and quiet place to stay.
